While I like the device, I was a bit surprised that it took so long to ship the product and every time I called the company, I was patched into voicemail. And it took two emails to finally get a response from the company, who apparently then subsequently shipped it out upon receiving my 2nd email. It's all good now, I have what I ordered.

I ordered the blower which advertised says it’s compatible with Dewalt . But my Dewalt Battery doesn’t fit . I contacted customer service via email . They claim I have the wrong blower that is for Milwaukee. They said they would exchange for the right one and would send return instructions. I have emailed twice in 10 days . No reply no return instructions. Stay away from this company .

I’m not trying to return the item but I feel like the power of the blower was GREATLY exaggerated. It’s not more powerful or useful than any basic battery powered leaf blower.
