Refund policy
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have up to 90 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit or exchange. You have 45 days to request a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns & exchanges are only available once.
- You cannot return or exchange an already returned or exchanged product.
- Returns & exchanges are only valid on your most recent purchase.
- Exchanges and store credit have no fee. Refunds have a variable restocking fee.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label with the correct address for your region, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom-order or personalized items, and hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Battery compatibility
Jet Blower 2.0 is sold in separate versions for Milwaukee, DeWalt, Makita, and Bosch 18–21V batteries. You are required to select your battery brand before adding to cart. Because this is a required, customer-selected choice, returns due to selecting the wrong battery-compatible version are eligible for exchange or store credit only — a cash refund is not available for this reason.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, at no fee. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if it was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 1–8 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
