Battery wont slide onto the blower. Molding has to be off.

The battery would not fit the blower. I had to file the battery and the blower to make it fit. The blower works great. I just wish I hadn’t had to go through all the filing to make things fit
You could be honest about shipping the correct Jet Blower and the battery and charger--After waiting a long time to receive the Jet Blower there was no battery with it--153.00 for the bower--then I had to order the battery and charger for 126.00--When I finally got all the parts the battery doesn't work with the Blower-all your reccomended batteries DO NOT WORK WITH THIS BLOWER--I WANT MY $279.00 back an tell me where I can return this STUFF!!!I was reall looking forward to have this but not go through the waiting and then it doesn't WORK--

I need to return the charger and batteries and the phone number you have on the paperwork does not work. Also you are not responding to my email regarding the return . So, you didn’t do great, it doesn’t matter if the product is good or not when customer service is this poor.
The battery that I ordered along with the blower will not fit. Spent quite a bit of money on this and disappointed to find that I can't use it due to the battery not fitting. I've reached out to customer support and am waiting for their response.

Works fine, when it was delivered, the Postal Service put it in the my mailbox and it must’ve fell out somehow was laying on the ground in the snow, but I found it and it’s fine just to let you know

Great tool. Very expensive with all of the extra parts required, battery, charger and blower. Couldn’t find these battery etc locally so it did cost more than I planned to spend.

I was surprised to see the air speed produced by this small device. I will say my dewalt batteries were to new to work and I did need buy the batteries and chargers for many more hundreds than I planned to spend.
Love this new blower but wish the battery were compatible with Ryobi chargers. Battery charger cost as much as blower which I was not happy with. The blower is great so I gave 5 stars but battery charger not being included or at least discounted was disappointing. Shipping needs to be improved also as this item did not make it in time as a gift for Christmas. It came over a week later taking it almost a month to receive . It sat in New York from December 23rd for over a week and was ordered within Christmas arrival times. Ordered at least a week prior to Dec 23rd created label time.
Well, where do I start, firstly you send a machine out and I find it difficult to find batteries, I sent you guys an email and you recommended the battery on this order, the battery arrives, fit and works but guess what I have no way of charging it, I finally find out it is a Milwaukee battery, do I had to buy another battery and charger . Now I am $700 AUD into it, I ask myself why is it so hard just to sell the complete kit. Took me 2 months to sort it out. I like it etc but it shouldn’t be this hard So my recommendation is to sell a complete system not parts of it.
I am looking forward to using this new tool for my vehicle detailing.
Not impressed, 200 MPH blast should have enough power to blow snow off of my car, sadly only light fluffy snow. I don't believe it's as powerful as advertised. My leaf blower has significantly more power.
