I have 2 worked great tell plastic fan blade is not working and asked for replacement fan blade and there customer service was horrible and the first unit I got the light never goes off so battery get drained if you don’t unplug

Haven't really had enough time to put it through the paces yet. What I have done with it so far was good, not having to use a heavy leaf blower, or corded in blower to clean the decks off.

Customer Service is non existent. I ordered a Dewalt version of the 2.0 blower and was shipped a Milwaukee version on Sept 16. I immediately sent a email to get the order corrected. I got no response and sent several emails daily to get the attention from someone to correct the order with no response. I was notified that the unit shipped and of course I received the Milwaukee unit. I finally heard back from your company after the unit was shipped asking me for pictures of thr box and unit which I supplied. They want me to pay for return shipping of this unit. I ask for a pre paid shipping label since the order could have been corrected before shipping. My Dewalt unit still hasn't shipped and it's been almost a month going back an forth in emails. I go several days still before anyone gets back to me. I have the entire email thread to prove my frustration. Nobody wants to make this order right with me. Hopefully this message will reach the proper authority to resolve my order

It is not you. I ordered by mistake the Milwaukee version…but only have dewalt batteries. I haven’t been able to use it. I requested an exchange. Was instructed to package it up, and put it on my porch on 08/17. I haven’t seen or heard anything since. I will follow those instructions on the 17 th. Hopefully it will be picked up and returned, and the correct one will be delivered. I will review it when I get the dewalt version.

The unit was not as powerful as another brand I have. I did like that I could match the battery pack. However, I am now learning there is a stronger battery pack, so I will have to see if that gives additional performace to the blower.

This doesn’t preform the way they show on leaves or does it dry a car you can dry by hand faster. I have tried to retur it and customer service wanted pics and videos I sent them they don’t reply back in a timely Mayer 2-3 wk. then told me they we’re waiting to hear from the warehouse on to handle this and I never heard back for s month so emailed them again and no reply back so at this point I wouldn’t trust to even send it to them and get a credit back to my card.
The customer service I would give them a - 10 just be aware of this when purchasing.

V1.0 blower had much more power 3 years of constant use with no issues. I purcahsed the 2.0 because they were boasting better results.
Turns out 2.0 is weaker than 1.0. The metal balde is not efficent like the orginal plastic blade. The LED on the tip is uselss and just drains power.
Sadly Vortex has a stronger product but the build quality is not as good vs Sotrm. IF only Vortex and Storm would work together to make a good product.
Bring back V1.0 that was a good tool.

I have a 20 volt battery but It runs out of charge after about 4 minutes or less, also doesn't blow water off car as advertised. It doesn't live up to what it's supposed to do. I may return it.

This is my 2nd Storm; I loved the first one, but a string from my sweatshirt got sucked into the plastic blades and destroyed them. I was disappointed that replacement parts were not available. I purchased the 2nd Storm when I read that the plastic fan blades had been upgraded to metal fan blades. It works great and is so quiet. I also removed the strings from all my sweatshirts!

I purchased a blower and a battery for dewalt as that’s what all my tool are . I got the tool and it had it was set up for Milwaukee, but you sent me a DeWalt battery. I do not have Milwaukee tools. I do not have a Milwaukee charger or Milwaukee battery so now I have a blower set up from Milwaukee that I don’t wanna go buy new batteries for I have reached out to you multiple times without any reply back my name is Gordon Morton. The blower is powerful but when I was blowing leaves I felt stings on my right wrist, which is my dominant hand. I stopped, brushed it off and continued. The stings happened again. It feels like sand being drawn into the back of the blower and my wrist was taking some of the drawn in sand at high speed which can lodge particulates into the skin which can be harmful.
The deWalt batteries fit very snug. At first I thought I received the incorrect blower. Checked the box and it's checked as deWalt so I tried a smaller deWalt battery and it fit, so I tried my larger deWalt battery and pushed harder and it clicked. I'm sure after several removal and install of the batteries the fit will smooth out, but, I wonder if this might damage the battery or the blower in the process, time would tell.
Will have to return for the above mentioned issues.

I guess this is the only way to reach out to you. First I bought because I really believed you had the best product. When i first turned it on i heard a wineing noise as it ramped up. I used ti today for the first time opn my truck. It did not blow the water off as expected. I had it wiht in inches to try to get the water off the windows did very little to the hood so I got the ole towel and dried it the old fashion way. Battery was charged. I would like to hear what I am doing wrong here or i may have a defective unit.

I received an email from Storm Industries on May 22, 2026 advising that delivery of my item was 'refused'. This is not possible, as the delivery address is a retail business that is open from 9am to 6pm and no packages were refused.
I have contacted Storm Industries 4 times since then to trace the package and have it resent or refunded, but still have no information on what happened.

works ok but my harbor freight electric weed blower works just as good or better and half the cost. I am using a 18 volt 8 amp hr Milwaukee batteries so plenty of capacity. Would I recommend it? Not for a 100 + dollars and you have to supply your own battery's. I was hoping for better performance.

If you’re not satisfied? Bad luck, Storm ripped me off for more than $260. If you live outside the US you can forget any warranty. They state “Money back guarantee, no questions asked” not true. They didn’t answer my emails till the so called warranty ran out. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
